I wasn't old enough for Degrassi, but I did spend the summer watching quite a few re-runs of it a few years ago. From what I remember, it seemed pretty tame compared to most of the shows on today, but I can see it being groundbreaking in it's time. And the amount of whining that sometimes accompanies those shows? Let's just say that I was one of the ones side-stepping the drama in highschool, so a show that condenses the potential dramatic experiences of ALL north american teenagers into half an hour? Lmao could only be so amusing once I was old enough to laugh at highschool in general. Good times ;) Oh wow, Degrassi is quite the throwback.
