We don't get that many rude customers where I work. But I remember getting a lot of complaints when I worked at the movie theater. They were mostly about the prices. It's like they thought that I made the prices up. Of course you get those people who realize it's not my fault and there's nothing I can do to help them. I don't understand why people are like that. Usually, those people have never had to work a job like that or they'd know how horrible it is to have something thrown at you or have a customer scream at you over something so ridiculously trivial.
