Can I sue Nintendo?

So over the weekend housemate bought a communal TV (pretty pretty LCD) for the loungeroom and as such our 360 and Wii are now attached.
Now, I’ve never played a Wii before but I imagined they were much fun… which it is, however after playing many a match of Wii Sports Tennis my arm wants to fall off ๐Ÿ˜› I can barely lift it… seriously, work was so hard yesterday, even just writing.
So I wonder, can I sue Nintendo… I wonder if anyone has tried? I mean people sue fast food places why not this? I wonder what my luck would be.
On a last Wii note, I’m considering buying Wii Fit… anyone own it? Is it decent?

Also, Happy New Year to everyone! I, for one, am very VERY pleased 2008 is done and over! What a terrible terrible year! Here’s hoping 2009 is a year for pleasant surprises and wonderful opportunities ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Yes I have to say that 2008 was a crappy year, happy to see it gone just like you.

But the begining of 09 has turned out great for me, hope it will be the same for you.

  2. I'm pretty sure you could sue nintendo, with all the stupid shit people sue each other for these days you have a valid case, at least as valid as any other put out on the table

  3. Sarah! Hi love how are you!!

I heard wii fit is amazing! It'll get you in shape but it's not going to be as great as say a hardcore workout session lol. But from what I've heard, people really like it.

I love wii tennis! The bowling is awesome too and that mario games are a lot of fun.

You're making me want to hunt down a wii now and buy it lol. ๐Ÿ™

    Happy (late) new year!

  4. Haha, good idea, but I think that's why ever half hour or so they give you that 'tip' to take a break by pausing and rest. I can't remember exactly what it says but I noticed that it comes up every so often. I find it funny that everyone seems to be addicted to the tennis.

As of yet I do not have Wii Fit, but am thinking that may be my next purchase when I finally have money again. For now I have Super Mario Galaxy to keep me busy. And I have to be careful of the Virtual Console…so many fun old games!

Happy New Year! Hope your year has started off well (besides the Wii tennis arm pain)!

  5. I agree that 2008 sucked hard. I'm really relieved that it's over and we can all move on to hopefully better times.

Also: You probably could sue Nintendo for such "physical trauma", however, the problem therein lies more with actually WINNING the lawsuit moreso than starting it. :p

  6. Isn't it kinda of a good thing that your arm is sore? it means you got a work out out of it, right? wait till you try the wii sports boxing, that one makes me sweat like crazy!
